DECLARATION

I, do hereby declare that the above information provided by me is complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that rendering incorrect information shall disqualify the applicant for admission to the school I and my ward hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations of this school in all respects. I undertake the decision of the Management of the School shall be binding and final. I understand that my ward shall not indulge in unwanted activities in order to maintain the sanctity of the educational culture of this school. In case any breach in the code of conduct of this school on my ward's part, I promise to agree to any disciplinary action taken by the school. I undertakes willfully that I have no objection in my ward attending the morning moral chapel class in the school.

Students coming from educational boards other than CISCE shall be granted probationary admission and conformation of the admission solely depends on the discretion of CISCE, New Delhi, even after submitting the Migration certificate.
